Sing and Play…

F.R.U.M.C. is blessed with two adult choirs.  The Choral Matins sing more contemporary music and uses piano and keyboard most of the time at the 8:30 Worship Service. 

The Sanctuary Choir is gifted in traditional music, with the grand assistance of our new organ at the 11:00 Worship Service.  When appropriate, instruments are utilized in anthems and with the hand bells.

At the time Betsy Blauvelt became Director of Music, F.R.U.M.C. had two vocal choirs and one hand bell choir.

Currently there are children and youth choirs for ages 4-7, 8-12 and 13-18.

Our hand bell choirs have participated in bell festivals.  We currently have 5 octaves of bells and four octaves of hand chimes.

As with most choirs, WE CERTAINLY COULD USE A FEW “MORE” GOOD MEN!!!!!-we’re right short on tenors!!
