Pennel, Jr. Having served the Riverton Charge as a seminary student in the mid 80’s, Gary and his family have a great affection for the Shenandoah Valley. The grandson of a Methodist Minister, Gary has a strong connection to the hymns, doctrines and mission of the United Methodist Church, where he has been under appointment for 23 years.
